Hey, I’m Luther, the creator of PPLBlueprint.

I’ve been strength training for years and was a competitive powerlifter as a teenager. Even won gold.

But I’ve also been the lost beginner, confused by terrible gym advice, gimmicky supplements, and overcomplicated routines.

That’s why I started PPLBlueprint. To help people like you build real strength without all the BS.

I believe anyone can build serious strength, even if you’ve never touched a barbell. You don’t need 6-day splits, overpriced coaching, or a suitcase full of supplements. You need a clear plan, consistent effort, and someone who’s actually been through it.
